生物降解甲基紫染料廢水的研究

采用新型的噴射環(huán)流三相生物反應(yīng)器,以牛糞漿作活性污泥源,粉煤灰為生物載體,研究了活性污泥法處理甲基紫染料廢水過程。確定出該過程的最佳降解操作條件為:pH=6.5~7.5,溫度為28 ℃,通氣流量為1.5 m3.h-1;降解過程的脫色率超過94%,連續(xù)運行時CODcr的去除率在62 %左右。實驗得出甲基紫降解動力學(xué)方程式為:

ABSTRACT:Degradation process of methyl violet waste water through the activated sludge treatment was investigated in a new kind of jet loop three phase bioreactors, using cattle dung slurry as the source of activated sludge and the coal powder as biological carrier. The optimized degradation conditions were determined as follows: pH=6.5~7.5, temperature=28 ℃, gas flux=1.5 m3.h-1. The decolorized degree in this degradation process was up to 94%, and the decrease of CODcr was about 62% during the continuous degradation process. The kinetic equation of methyl violet waste degradation was obtained by experiments:
