
水布埡工程面板混凝土性能試驗研究

摘 要 采用正交設計法探討了水灰比、粉煤灰摻量、砂率、外加劑品種等因素對混凝土強度、彈性模量、干縮率、抗滲等影響的主次順序。在此基礎上優選出幾個配合比進行系統的性能試驗,提出了用于水布埡工程面板的混凝土配合比及物理力學性能參數指標。

Research on Properties of Face-Plate Concrete for Shuibuya Project

Abstract Using orthogonal testing method,the influence of wat er cement ratios,flyash admixed quantities,sand ratios and additive varieties on the concrete strengths, elastic module,dry shrinkage ratios and anti-seepage were studied ,and the primary and secondary influence factors were differentiate d .On the basis of some optimum mix proportions ,the systematic property tests were conducted. The mix proportions of faced concrete and the indexes of physical mechanics parameters for the Shuibuya Project are proposed.
