
高活性粉煤灰注漿材料性能和應用

高活性粉煤灰注漿材料是以工業廢料粉煤灰為主體,配合其它具有膠凝增強和提高早期強度的外摻料,以及能改善漿液性能使之滿足注漿施工作業要求的外加劑,經特殊加工而成的一種新型注漿材料。該材料與普通硅酸鹽水泥用于注漿工程相比有流動性好、凝結時間適當、抗壓強度較高、結石率高的特點,經在靜壓注漿和高壓旋噴注漿工程中的初步應用,取得了較好的效果。

Abstract Highly-activative flyash is a new kind of specially processing grouting material whose main component is the flyash, an industrial waste material. Using the highly-activative flyash with other additives which can strengthen cementation, increase early strength and improve grout performance can meet the requirements of grouting work. Compared with common silicate cement, the material possesses of the features of well flowability, proper cement time, high compression strength and high ratio of cemented rock in grouting application. Good results have got in static pressure grouting and high pressure jet grouting engineering.
