
骨料堿活性及抑制措施研究

摘 要:用“中國壓蒸快速法”和“南非法”對混凝土骨料進行了堿活性檢驗,檢驗結果證明,針對骨料具有堿活性,且主要活性成分為活性二氧化硅,進行了摻用粉煤灰的方法進行抑制的研究,研究結果表明,盡管用重慶華能的粉煤灰,任一摻量均有抑制效果,但摻量大于或等于30%時,才是安全有效的摻量。

The Research of Alkali Reactivity Potential
and the Preventive Measure

Abstract:Alkali reactivity potential test have been carried out with Chinese rapid method for identification of alkali reactivity of aggregate and ASTM C1260-94. As a result,the aggregate is alkali reactivity one and the main reactive ingredient is reactive SiO2.The measure adding fly ash to mortar bar to prevent the AAR has been studied.The result is that every contend of fly ash made in Chongqing Huaneng used to replace cement is an effective measure to reduce the expansion in mortar bar due to ARR,and the 30%(or more) fly ash is sufficient to prevent damaging expansion.
