
粉煤灰礦渣復合水泥的強度和活化研究

低鈣粉煤灰由于其含有較穩定的莫來石晶體和高的聚合度, 因而活性較低, 在通常條件下, 它與CaO反應很慢, 提高細度和堿度對粉煤灰的活性激發有利。本文研究了混合材摻量為50%的粉煤灰礦渣復合水泥的力學性能, 通過熱分析和孔結構分析研究了復合水泥的水化特性, 并采用外加劑得到性能優異的復合水泥。

The study of Strength and Activation of Fly Ash-Slag Complex Cement

Abstract:The low calcium fly ash contains stable mullite crystal and high polymerization degree. so, it’s activatiom is lower.At normal situation, it reacts with CaO very slowly. Enhancing fineness and alkalinity benefits activity of fly ash. The paper studies the mechanical properties of complex cement of 50% fly ash and slag. The hydration properties are studied by TGA and pore structure analysis. And then the complex cement with good properties is made by means of adding admixtures.
